Shipping & Delivery

Orders ship within 10–14 business days. Digital products are sent by email right after purchase.

Refunds & Returns

You have 30 days to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Some items can’t be returned, like:
    •    Digital products
    •    Gift cards
    •    Personal care or intimate items
    •    Perishable goods

We’ll email you once we receive your return and let you know if it’s approved. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Sale items can’t be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items. Email us at [your email] for help.

Gifts

If marked as a gift, you’ll get store credit. If not, the refund goes to the gift giver.

Return Addresses

Return the item to the facility it shipped from. See your shipping label or order confirmation for the correct address.
