  1. How long does shipping take?
    Orders are shipped within 10–14 business days. Digital products are delivered by email immediately after purchase.
  2. What’s your return policy?
    You have 30 days to return an item. It must be unused and in the original packaging.
  3. What can’t be returned?
    We do not accept returns on:
        •    Digital downloads
        •    Gift cards
        •    Personal care or intimate items
        •    Perishable goods
  4. How do I get a refund?
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you. If approved, your refund will go back to your original payment method.
  5. Do you refund sale items?
    No. Only regular-priced items can be refunded.
  6. Can I exchange an item?
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email us at shop@pathway365.com to request an exchange.
  7. What if the item was a gift?
    If marked as a gift, you’ll get store credit. If not, the refund goes to the original buyer.
  8. Where do I return my item?
    Return it to the facility it shipped from.

    Email us if you’re outside the U.S.
  9. Do I pay return shipping?
    Yes. Return shipping is your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable service. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
